Due to recession, the hourly paid jobs are retained as it is but the number of minutes is increased to calculate the value of the hour.
Have fun in re-calculating your times, calendars etc., by simply changing 1 hour equals to 100 minutes? and 1 Minute equals to 100 seconds.
It means we have 14.40 Hours per day instead 24.
Uniformity always helps us in standardizing the products/services etc., Is it not?
